Commercial real estate private equity firm A. Walker & Co. is based in New York City and seeks to deploy capital to emerging developers who are building affordable or low income housing in major markets across the country. When the company launched, they came to Portable CMO for a full brand development package.
This included the development of their identity, brand positioning cornerstones and all outward articulation elements of the company, including the website. We are currently in the process of a full content development program for the company, which will outline their mission and highlight their key differences. This will culminate in a full library of materials, including investor documents, property profiles, case studies, infographics and videos.
