Mancini:Duffy is a national architecture firm headquartered in New York City. Portable CMO was initially asked to help with the development of some presentation materials. But as we met with various members of the executive team, it was clear that they couldn’t agree on who they should be, or how they should describe themselves.

We conducted a strategic brand audit, which evaluated who the company was from various perspectives, including leadership, employees, and clients, and evaluated all their output. We also conducted market and category research on more than a dozen near-field competitors. Using an AI tool, we summarized all the qualitative survey and research results. For quantitative data, we reported on every aspect of the audit with data visualizations and chapter summaries. We then made strategic recommendations on everything from marketing, to growth strategy, to operations, to new monetization opportunities.
